The problem
Section 301 modifications, reciprocal tariff actions, exclusions expiring and renewing, Chapter 99 provisions stacking on base codes. Today you find out from a CSMS blast, a rejected entry, or a duty bill. That’s too late.
And the codes themselves don’t sit still.
A code you’ve filed under for years splits into two statistical suffixes. File the old one and the entry rejects in ACE. Guess wrong on which successor and you’ve misclassified.
Two codes collapse into one. Now two clients’ SKUs need remapping, and the lineage that tells you where each one lands isn’t in the CSV.
A code is removed outright. Every client still classified there is dead on arrival at the next entry, and nothing tells you until it bounces.
A broker managing thousands of SKUs across dozens of clients has no clean way to know which classifications last week’s revision split, merged, or killed. We do, and we preserve the lineage so you know exactly where each code went.
How it works
Drop in your client code list. Dirty data is expected \u2014 wrong check digits, 8 vs 10 digit, stale codes. We reconcile it against the canonical schedule.
Revisions drop irregularly, sometimes twice in a week. We poll daily and start diffing the moment a revision lands.
Rate changes, splits and merges with lineage preserved, deleted codes, Chapter 99 overlays, exclusion expirations \u2014 only the ones touching your book.
\u201817 of your 4,200 codes changed, here\u2019s what and when.\u2019 Delivered within hours, by email, CSV, or API.
Why this beats the alternatives
The schedule is free and public. What you pay for is speed, the diff, and the fact that it’s scoped to your codes.
When a code splits, we track where each client SKU should land so nothing gets rejected in ACE. That’s the part that trips everyone up.
Notices telegraph changes days before the revision incorporates them. On higher tiers you get the heads-up first: proclamation signed, chapters affected, effective date.
